President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited the Alley of Martyrs to honor the cherished memory of the victims of the bloody January tragedy.
President Ilham Aliyev laid a wreath at the "Eternal Flame" memorial.
The Defense Ministry’s military orchestra played the national anthem of Azerbaijan.
