President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an Order on extra measures to speed up socio-economic development of Khizi District.
Under the presidential order, AZN 2 million were allocated from the President`s 2014 Reserve Fund to the Khizi District Executive Authorities.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today signed an Order on measures related to construction of the Baku-Guba-Khizi-Shuraabad highway.
Under the presidential order, AZN 4 million was allocated to the Ministry of Transport from the President`s 2014 Reserve Fund.
