The committee to protect the rights of Azerbaijanis (Dilgam Ahmadov, Shahbaz Guliyev and Hasan Hasanov) taken hostage by Armenians in the occupied Azerbaijani region of Kalbajar, has appealed to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), co-chairs of OSCE Minsk Group, UN and other international organizations.
