Russia’s “Rosvertol” OJSC delivered 12 Mi-35M combat helicopters to Azerbaijan in 2013.
APA reports that it was reflected in the annual report of “Rosvertol” OJSC.
Azerbaijan’s order made RUB 8.46 billion.
The company delivered 28 Mi-35M helicopters and one Mi-35MS to the customers last year. 12 helicopters were exported to Azerbaijan and 4 to Iraq. The rest was ordered by the Russian Armed Forces.
Azerbaijan and Russia signed an agreement on the purchase of 24 Mi-35M helicopters in September, 2010.
The first batch of helicopters was delivered to Azerbaijan in December, 2011. The delivery was completed early this year.
