Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree aimed at improving government control over entrepreneurship and building favorable business environment in the country.
Under the Decree, the Cabinet of Ministers should team up with other relevant government bodies to develop proposals to make amendments to the country`s legislation with respect to easing the process of electronic registration of legal entities and individuals through the single window system.
The President also ordered to submit to him a package of proposals aimed at improving the activities of institutions related to loan granting, bettering corporate governance and protecting interests of investors.
