Azerbaijani parliamentarian Jala Aliyeva will attend the Black Sea NGO Forum on October 24-25 in Bucharest, Romania.
Aliyeva chairs the Committee on Culture, Education and Social Affairs of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. The event will focus on children`s rights and ensuring their future.
