President Ilham Aliyev yesterday reviewed a process of construction work at Kullulu-Zardab water supply system.
The Head of State familiarized himself with a stand reflecting the layout and construction of Kullulu-Kurdamir-Ucar water supply system.
Chairman of Azersu Company Gorkhmaz Huseynov updated the President about technical parameters of Kullulu water source. The length of the part of water supply system passing through Zardab region is 72 km. 35000 residents will be provided with the water supply system.
The Head of State pushed the button to launch the water supply system.
President Ilham Aliyev met with residents of Zardab. The residents expressed their gratitude to the Head of State.

The Head of State viewed conditions created in the House of Veterans in the Heydar Aliyev Park.
President Ilham Aliyev praised the works done here and gave the relevant instructions.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has yesterday attended the opening of Youth Center in Zardab region.
The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the building.
A photo stand reflecting meetings of the winners of Summer Olympic Games in London with President Ilham Aliyev was placed here. Besides, photos reflecting different periods of socio-political activity of national leader Heydar Aliyev and President Ilham Aliyev were installed at the foyer of the Center.
The total area of the Center is 615,5 square meters. In accordance with the executive order signed by President Ilham Aliyev, May 11 2011, 2 million AZN was allocated for construction works.
The Center includes ten rooms, dance hall, cinema, computer room, shooting gallery and billiard hall.
The Head of State familiarized himself with the dance hall, the Center and gave the relevant instructions and recommendations.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev yesterday inaugurated the new building of Zardab regional branch of New Azerbaijan Party (YAP).
The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the building.
President of Azerbaijan saw the photo stand reflecting a process of construction in the building.
The two-storied building with a total area of 451 000 sq.m has a modern lightning system and green area, conference hall. A bust to national leader Heydar Aliyev has been erected in the ground floor of the building. The photos reflecting participation of national leader Heydar Aliyev and Chairman of YAP, President Ilham Aliyev in the meetings of the Party and their trips to Zardab region were hung up near the bust.
Zardab regional branch of the New Azerbaijan Party has been established on August 14 1993. The structure, which has 5400 members, unites 64 territorial primary organizations. Currently the youth constitutes 37%, while women – 44% from the party members.
President Ilham Aliyev hailed the works done here and gave instructions.

The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the park, and then toured it.
There is a monument to Samad Vurgun in the center of the park, which covers a total area of more than 10,000 square meters.
President Ilham Aliyev put flowers at the monument.

The President was informed that the Flag Square was situated at the entrance of the city, on the Heydar Aliyev Avenue. The flag flies on a 70 meters high pole.

The Head of State was informed that the park occupied a total area of 4.5 ha. The construction of the park began in last September and finished in August this year.
A Mother`s monument was erected in the park. The president laid flowers at the monument.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev yesterday opened a Milk Processing Plant in Tartar District.
Built by Gilan Holding, the plant covers an area of 1.5 hectares.
President Ilham Aliyev toured the state-of-the-art facility, and viewed the production process.
The plant manufactures and distributes a line of dairy products, including kefir, sour cream and cheese.
The Head of State tasted the plant`s products.

The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the center.
The Head of State was informed that construction of the Heydar Aliyev Center has been started in 2010. A total area of the Center is 1680 sq.m. The Center includes photos, historical documents reflecting the different stages of life and activity of the national leader, his meetings in the foreign countries and regions of the country. A bust to national leader has been also erected in the Heydar Aliyev Center.
The Center has a conference-hall, language laboratory, photo studio, library, carpet-weaving, drawing and chess circles.
The Head of State familiarized himself with the Heydar Aliyev Center and gave the relevant instructions.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today visited the National Flag Square in Tartar.
The Head of State was informed that the flag flies on a 65 meter high pole, and measures 14 meters in length and 7 meters in width. The flag is clearly visible from different parts of the region.
The square was landscaped, with different decorative trees and flower bushes planted.
Two fountains were installed in the square, which also features a Mother and Child leisure center.
The President praised the conditions created at the square.

The Head of State was told that the construction of the Center`s two-storey building started in May this year.
A photo gallery has been launched in the foyer of the center, which includes stands reflecting successful youth policy of national leader Heydar Aliyev and President Ilham Aliyev, as well as their visits to Tartar.
The center has a karaoke-disco, cafe, interactive and pneumatic skeet-shooting hall, 3D cinema club, conference hall and language laboratory.
Here President Ilham Aliyev met youngsters of the region.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today inaugurated a newly revamped 29km-long Yevlakh-Barda portion of the Yevlakh-Khojaly-Lachin highway.
The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the road. The Head of State viewed photos reflecting the facility`s technical indicators, as well as providing information on highways to be reconstructed in 2013.
According to transport minister Ziya Mammadov, Yevlakh-Khojaly-Lachin highway will ease traffic in the direction of Tartar, Aghjabadi, Barda and Aghdam.
The Minister told President Ilham Aliyev that the construction of Barda-Tartar section of the 18km-long Barda-Istisu highway was continuing.
