 Azerbaijan`s Prime Minister Artur Rasizade has today met a Slovenian delegation led by Deputy PM, Minister of Economic Development and Technology Radovan Zerjav.
During the meting, they noted the two countries were interested in developing bilateral cooperation.

Rasizade noted the Slovenian delegation`s visit to Azerbaijan would contribute to developing bilateral relations between the two countries, in particular economic field.

He added this trip would also open new opportunities for bilateral relationship. Touching upon the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Rasizade said that as a result of Armenia`s military aggression against Azerbaijan 20 percent of the country`s territories was occupied and more than one million Azerbaijanis were subjected to ethnic cleansing.

The PM also noted that Azerbaijan supports the conflict`s resolution on the basis of norms of international law. Radovan Zerjav said Slovenia was interested in establishing new relations with Azerbaijan in the non-oil sector.

The Slovenian Minister invited Azerbaijani businessmen to invest in his country. They also discussed a number of issues of mutual interest.
