Congressman Gerald Connolly of the Democratic Party on Tuesday joined the Congressional Azerbaijan Caucus, the Azerbaijani Embassy to the US said in a statement.
Connolly was elected to the House of Representatives in 2008 from Virginia's 11th Congressional District. He is a member of the influential House Committees on Foreign Affairs and Oversight and Government Reform.
