The member of Azerbaijan-Iraq international friendship group Ganira Pashayeva and MP Etibar Huseynov met with Iraqi state minister for provincial affairs Torhan al-Mufti.
The guest said the Iraqi government is keen to cooperate with Azerbaijan in all spheres. He stressed the necessity of boosting interparliamentarian and intergovernmental cooperation. Mr. Torhan al-Mufti was informed about reforms being implemented in Azerbaijan, Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh conflict, which seriously impedes development of the country and the whole region.
