Heavy snow and freezing temperatures have forced co-rapporteurs of the PACE Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan Pedro Agramunt and Joseph Debono Grech to cancel their visit to the country`s Guba region.
The co-rapporteurs have been in Azerbaijan since Tuesday to inspect the country`s observation of commitments to the Council of Europe with respect to democracy and civil society building.
