The largest event in ICT field in the Caspian basin and the Caucasus, BakuTel 2011, will take place on 23-26 November in Baku Expo Centre. Over the past 17 years, the exhibition has become a key event and essential part the country`s telecommunications market. The exhibition is organised by Iteca Caspian LLC, part of ITE Group Plc (UK) with the active support of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Over 100 companies from 15 countries are expected to take part in the exhibition this year.
The international authority of BakuTel is demonstrated by the support of international industry institutions, such as the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), United Nations, and Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC). BakuTel has also been recognised by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) as a “UFI Approved Event”.
The show will present a wide range of products and services suchas the telecommunications and networks, IT and office technologies, cable, wireless, satellite communications and technologies, broadcasting and professional equipments, banking technologies and services, security systems,e -government and e-learning, etc.
As in previous years, BakuTel will include a conference – “Telecommunications and Information Technologies” – organised by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The conference will take place in the conference hall of the Hyatt Regency hotel on 24 November.
