The first issue of “Nargis” magazine has been launched at the Baku Business Center.
“Nargis”- is a publication that aims to become a true guide to the word of fashion and art. The “Nargis” magazine editor in chief is Ulviyya Rahmanova.
You can find everything about fashion in this Russian language magazine. On the pages of this magazine, one can read about the new seasonal releases, modern tendencies of the fashion world, luxury life, announcements and others.
“Nargis” readers will also get comprehensive information on the art events. So, the magazine will publish articles on the creative works of prominent sculptors, artists, writers and directors, composers and opera singers.
A New Edition is named by Madam Nargiz Pashayeva, the Editor-in-Chief, the rector of the Baku Branch of the State Moscow University, Doctor of Philology, Professor of the State Moscow University in honor of her mother whose photo is printed on the cover page of the Nargis Magazine.
The first issue will feature an exclusive photo session of the first lady of Azerbaijan Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva and an interview with the academician Nargis Pashayeva. You will also enjoy the interviews with a prominent French designer Jitrois, London based Norwegian designer Kristian Aadnevik, the famous Russian theater director Roman Viktyuk, British designer David Linley and many other celebrities.
The magazine was developed by British designers. Indeed, “Nargis” is not only about images and texts, but also about new names, new style and design patterns, new goals and opportunities. The magazine will be published quarterly and will consist of 368 pages. Each issue of “Nargis” will present interesting articles and exclusive interviews with the local and world celebrities. With its 5,000 copies the magazine will have series of latest news in the columns as Fashion, Culture, People, Health and Beauty and Lifestyle.
The creative staff of the magazine aims to launch a unique product with superior features in comparison with other publications both in Azerbaijan and abroad. The presentation of the first issue already proved that this purpose was achieved. The presentation featured contemporary music, exhibition of products from the famous Norwegian designer Kristian Aadnevik, fashion show of the new collection by Baku JAN fashion boutique as well as an amazing after party mixed by DJ Mansur.
