There are no problems in terms of construction of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway which will connect Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, Chief Engineer at the Azerbaijani Railway Office Gurban Nazirov said.
He commented on rumors that claim a delay in railway's construction and launching the railway in 2012, but not in 2011 as has been planned.
"There are no problems regarding finalizing construction of the railway. It will be put into operation in 2011 as was originally scheduled," Nazirov said.
