The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan has opened a representative office in Ukraine, said leading specialist of the company Elchin Mamedov, Day.Az reports Shabiyar Shafiyev.
The representative office is led by Elchin Mamedov.
The need for the company's presence in Ukraine is explained by the plans to implement several joint projects including on transportation of Azerbaijani oil by the Odessa-Brody pipeline.
