Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan signed an intergovernmental agreement during the visit of the vice premier of Turkmen government Khydyr Saparliyev to Baku on Wednesday.
According to Day.Az, the governmental delegation of Turkmenistan is paying a one-day working visit to Baku.
The sides held intergovernmental talks and discussed prospects of expansion of trade and economic cooperation between the countries.
An intergovernmental agreement which reflect aspects of Azerbaijani-Turkmen cooperation, in particular, settled the issue of debts of the Azerbaijani side for supplies of the Turkmen gas.
