The Azerbaijan Investment Company signed a memorandum of mutual understanding regarding creation of a joint venture fund with the GILD Investment Bank and Estonian Caspian Group.
Day.Az reports with reference to AIC that under the memorandum, the sides will cooperate in the creation of the fund and attracting assets to it, raising investments to Azerbaijan's economy, defining projects to be financed, investment into the funds of other investors.
The regulation, presentation and marketing works on the fund will be executed by GILD.
It should be noted that the memorandum has been signed in the framework of the visit of Azerbaijani intergovernmental delegation to Estonia.
