Ministry Officer Gulam Abdullayev told APA the proposals should be developed after technical problems were settled.

"While working on proposals we should know what kind of satellite we can launch, what frequencies we can take, it will have television and the Internet. All these factors depend on agreements with countries which have satellites. After proposals are ready, we will know how much finances we need," he underscored.
