IBAR-Georgia, a subsidiary of International Bank of Azerbaijan, will start up in two months.

IBAR Office told the APA that the subsidiary's office in Tbilisi is under repair. As per the legislation, IBAR-Georgia has to begin receiving savings, but will provide other banking services like loaning, currency transactions, money transfer etc.

The National Bank of Georgia granted a license to IBA-Georgia on Feb. 7. IBAR Credit Officer Samir Valiyev was appointed as Director General of IBA-Georgia.
The subsidiary's nominal capital is 12mln lari.
