Chairman of the Management Board of the National Bank of Azerbaijan, Elman Rustamov, has received Simeon Djankov, the creator of the Doing Business series ranking economies on their ease of doing business, from 1 – 175, with first place being the best.
Rustamov set forth proposals on advancing the indicators of Azerbaijan. Doing Business-2006 ranked Azerbaijan 99th among 175 nations, one step forward from the previous year. Azerbaijan credit rating is fivefold higher than the country rating. APA
