The First project of the Action Plan signed between EU and Azerbaijan on November 14 within European neighborhood policy will start to be implemented at the end of the year.
Alan Waddams, special representative of UE Commission in Azerbaijan told APA that the first project wass called Social Financial Management. It aims to contribute to the transition economy. The project is being discussed with Azerbaijani government. He also noted that the second project will be on energy field.
