Azerfon LLC, the third GSM operator will serve about 1,5 mln subscribers on the Azerbaijan market in 2007, the company's Director General John Armil said.
About 300 mln dollars will be invested in expansion of the company's coverage area and development of its infrastructure. The Board of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies has already provided license for Azerfon mobile services.
