Collection of the electric bills in Ganja from population rose 15.3%, year-on-year, to 63% in October, Ganja Electric Supply Department spokesman Rafig Abbasov told.
He said 96% of the individual customers have been provided with electric meters and as a result, 63 500 meters have been installed, APA reports.
