As APA reports, the Ministry examined the budget execution of budget and non-budget institutions and efficient budget execution of documentation of incomes and expenses of Regional Finance Departments in Gobustan, Guba, Gubadli, Zardab, Jabrail, Zengilan, and Surakhani.

Besides, the Ministry conduct examination of efficient spending of funds allowed from state budget reserve fund to Trade and Industry Chamber in 2004-2005 for participation in Expo-2005 AICHI World Exhibition held in Japan, examination of 2001-2006 budget and non-budget spending of Azerbaijan State Economics University, examination of 2002-2006 budget and non-budget spending of Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University, examination of 2001-2006 financial activities of Azerbaijani embassy in Russia, and of 2001-2006 financial activities of Azerbaijani embassy in Saudi Arabia.

According to the results of examination, the ministry has sent a letter to relevant ministries to eliminate the irregularities, to hold the responsible persons accountable, and prevent like irregularities in future.
