APA reports that this period 30084 thousand 3 084.4 thousand ton Chirag, 5 138 thousand ton of the oil was extracted from Chirag and 5138 thousand ton from Azeri oil field. In comparison with analogical figures of last year's January-May, extraction has increased in Chirag 5.4% and in Azeri by more than 5 times.

Totally 22.16 mln ton oil was extracted in Azerbaijan in 2005 and 13193 thousand was extracted by AIOC and 8 9667 thousand ton by SOCAR.

During January-May months of current year, 8 222 thousand ton oil produced by Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli deposit by Azerbaijan International Operating Company (AIOC).This is 2,1 times more than the indicators of the first 5 months analogical indicators.
