Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund Chairman Faig Mammadov has told the media that their proposals rely on both international statistics and social equity, APA reports.

"It is not possible even in most developed and rich countries in the world to maximize the level of living standards. That is why privileged mortgages are granted only to military servants, young couples and certain social groups."

Mr. Mammadov has said those privileges are not applicable for all population. Privileges are only for those citizens, who live in low standards. Consequently, the people who have good payment ability must not be awarded privileges.
