More than 2400 contracts were signed between employers and employees last year, Fuzuli Alakbarov, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection says.

200 persons have signed job contracts from January to April in present year: "We intend to solve this problem in cooperation with private sector. Sometimes our controllers act like inspectors harming the relations. Those problems must be overcome and every relationship must be built on mutual cooperation."

F. Alakbarov considers that it is possible to protect the rights of employees and to solve some of their problems if they vote for signing up a contract. F. Alakbarov has also told that 189 accidental accidents happened last year with 54 death events, APA reports.
