As APA reports according to the Minisyer of Transport Ziya Mammadov, initially several Turkish and Russian companies will be attracted to this work. Those companies will act as consultants and participate in construction. As to pulling down of population's houses mapping inside the territory of road construction, the Minister said that the issue is being considered: "If legal constructions of citizens map inside road's area, everything will be solved in accordance with the law and such people will be paid compensation".

The Minister also said that preparatory work will be completed within a predetermined period.
