Social inspectors of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population will hold inspections for finding out whether persons to receive earmarked social assistances hide their incomes or not.

As APA reports, the leading specialist of the Ministry Musa Aghamaliyev told that assistances would be given to families during 6 months and if incomes and composition of those families were changed over that period, those families must appeal to the Ministry during 7 days.

Families hiding growth of their incomes and changes occurring in their composition will not be given assistances for 2 years and such families must pay back assistances they received. Otherwise, such families will be taken to court. No limit will be fixed on the assistance distribution period and if income of a family is not changed during 6 months, that family can get assistance for the next month, too.

It should be noted that average monthly incomes per family member during the last 6 months will be assumed as a basis during calculation of assistances. The difference to occur between this amount and minimum salary will be given to each member of the family as earmarked social assistance. When distribution assistances to families living in villages the number of their cattle will also be taken into consideration. So, if one cow fall to share of each family and more than 5 ship of family member, such family will not be able to receive assistance.

It was also informed from the Ministry that the Cabinet of Ministers will approve the "Rules for calculating average monthly income of the family" and "Rules for rules for getting earmarked social assistance" and "Rules for appealing for earmarked social assistance, its appointment, distribution and declining its distribution" soon.

These assistances which are expected to be distributed from April 1 will be given approximately to 250 thousand families, that is to about 1.2 million persons. Families to receive assistance will also be paid assistance for the first 3 months of this year as well.
