The marketing questionnaire announced by the SOCAR Marketing and Economic Operations Office (MEOO) ended today.

As APA reports refering to MEOO, the winner of the questionnaire is the Vitol SA Company of Great Britain. The questionnaire was announced for exporting 80 thousand tons of "Azeri Light" marked profit oil belonging to Azerbaijan from Batumi port on February 21-22, 2006.
