The price of Premium Euro-95 gasoline has risen in Azerbaijan.

APA-Economics reports that the price of imported Premium Euro-95 gasoline rose from AZN 0.93 to AZN 0.97.

The companies having large petrol stations told APA-Economics that the price has been increased from today.

LUKoil-Azerbaijan Co. said that it had set the price for Premium Euro-95 gasoline, recommended by SOCAR. Azpetrol LLC told APA-Economics that the reason for a price rise was the change of oil prices in the world markets: “Premium Euro-95 gasoline is imported by SOCAR and Azpetrol LLC. Azpetrol LLC is importing it from Greece.”

Spokesman for SOCAR Nizameddin Guliyev told APA-Economics that the company hadn’t recommended any company increasing the price of Premium Euro-95 gasoline.

“It is unlikely that one company recommended another one increase the price,” he said.

Note that the price of gasoline Premium Euro-95 is not regulated by the state.
