The maximum cost of tickets for domestic flights has been changed in Turkey, Turkish TRT Haber channel reported on May 6.
Earlier, the cost of tickets for domestic flights in the country averaged 299 Turkish liras. It has increased up to 309 liras.
The prices increased only for air tickets for domestic flights in economy class.
An agreement on the introduction of the so-called maximum ticket price was reached among the Turkish Civil Aviation Administration, Turk Hava Yollari, Atlasjet, Pegasus, Borajet airlines.
The official exchange rate is 2.0966 TRY/USD on May 6.
