Azerbaijan and China have explored ways of developing cooperation in the field of transport as Ambassador to Beijing Latif Gandilov has met Deputy Director of the National Railway Administration Zhu WangYu, AzerTag state news agency reported.
The sides discussed ways to develop transport cooperation between the two countries.
Gandilov highlighted projects carried out in Azerbaijan and the region, particularly the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway.
The ambassador invited Chinese officials to attend a conference dedicated to cargo transportation between Europe and Asia to be held in Baku in May.
