President of Azerbaijan`s state oil firm, SOCAR, Rovnag Abdullayev has said the country`s gas production reached 29.5 billion cubic meters.
Speaking to a conference on the results of the State Program for socio-economic development of the regions, he said timely implementation of large-scale projects allowed increasing gas production to 29.5 billion cub meters from 5.5 billion cub meters in 2004.
