The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) is troubleshooting problems in the hydrofining department of the catalytic reforming unit at the Oil Refinery named after Heydar Aliyev, according to a message from the SOCAR.
SOCAR has two refineries, which annually process approximately seven million tons of oil extracted from onshore and offshore fields.
The total capacity of the two oil refineries is 16 million tons of oil per year.
