The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) said its daughter company SOCAR Georgia Gas had built 3,800 km of pipeline supplying gas to 195,000 consumers in Georgia in four years.
Last year SOCAR Georgia Gas Ltd signed an agreement with Georgia’s Ministry of Economic Development to supply gas to the country’s regions until 2017. The contract will see another 100,000 households supplied with gas.
