Caspian Oil & Gas 2012, the 19th Azerbaijan International Oil & Gas Exhibition and Conference, will take place on 5-8 June 2012 at the Baku Expo Center. Each year, the event attracts influential oil and gas professionals, major companies and support from government bodies and ministries.

Over 300 companies from 32 countries are expected to participate, including national groups from the Germany, Russia, Turkey, UAE and UK. 10% of this year’s exhibitors are first time participants, including a host of Vietnamese companies. This reflects the continued acknowledgement of Caspian Oil & Gas as a leading industry event within the region.

The exhibition will take up two of the Baku Expo Centre’s pavilions, where exhibitors will showcase the oil and gas equipment and innovative extraction, as well as transportation technology. Current and future oil and gas projects in the region will also be presented.

The 19th Caspian Oil & Gas Conference will also take place alongside the exhibition. During the conference, pressing oil and gas issues will be discussed, including international cooperation, new projects in Azerbaijan, and the development of local and international oil and gas infrastructure projects.  Over 500 delegates have already registered for the conference which will commence on the 6th June 2012 – the second day of Caspian Oil & Gas.
