Azerbaijani canoeists succeed in international tournament

Azerbaijani canoeist, 17-year-old Tamerlan Mustafayev grabbed two gold medals at a distance of 1000 meters in an international tournament in Mingachevir city of Azerbaijan. He also snatched one gold and one bronze medals at a distance of 500 and 200 meters respectively.

The pair Sergey Bezugliy and Maxsim Prokopenko mounted the highest step on the podium at a distance of 500 and 200 meters. Threefold champion of world and Europe Valentin Demyanenko jointly with Nikita Sablin grabbed silver at a distance of 200 meters. The canoeist Andrey Kraytor ranked the 1st at a distance of 200 and 500 meters respectively among 23 years old.

In the men`s boar-racing, Alexander Alexandrov grabbed gold medal. In the women`s boar-racing Natalya Mustafayeva and pair Iskra Angelova - Victoriya Nenchova mounted the highest step on the podium.
