Azeri young boxers to compete for European title

Azerbaijani young boxers will participate in the European Championship to be started in Dublin on August 22. The Azeri tea will be led by Shamil Alimjanov.

The squad includes Kamran Malikov (49kg), Tural Ahmadov (52kg), Shaban Shahpalangov (56kg), Parviz Baghirov (60kg), Joshgun Aliyev (64kg), Fagan Huseynov (69kg), Rauf Rahimov (75kg), Huseyn Gasimov (81kg), Hajibaba Hajibabayev (91kg) and Heydar Heydarov (+91kg).

The 6-day tournament will bring together young boxers from 38 countries.
