Azerbaijani chess players to participate in Dubai tournament

On April 9-19, Dubai (UAE) will host the 13th international open chess tournament which will also involve Azerbaijani chess players. According to AzerTAc, The event involves 10 Azerbaijani chess players including international grandmasters Gadir Huseynov, Nijat Mammadov, international master Logman Guliyev and others.

The event will bring together total146 chess players from Azerbaijan, Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Palestine, Qatar, Iran, India, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Bangladesh, Britain and Egypt.

The prize fund for the tournament on Swiss system makes up 45 thousand dollars.
