Azerbaijani chess player to play against Norwegian prodigy in China super tournament

The fourth round of the chess super tournament will be held in Nyanzin, China. Azerbaijani grandmaster Vugar Hashimov will take on Norwegian prodigy Magnus Carlsen, who not only leads the tournament, but also occupies first place in the FIDE rating.

In other matches of the tour, Etienne Bacrot will play against Vishy Anand and Veselin Topalov will take on Wang Yu. Status of the participants before the fourth round is as follows: 1. Carlsen - 2.5; 2. Anand – 2; 3. Buckroe – 1.5; 4-6. Topalov, Wang Yue, Hashimov – 1 each.
