Azerbaijani judoists claim six medals in Istanbul European Cup

Azerbaijani judoists have snatched one gold, three silver and two bronze medals in the European Cup in Istanbul.
Orkhan Hajiagaly mounted the highest step on the podium in the 66 kg event. The silver medals came from Sarkhan Ahmadov (66 kg), Elmar Gasimov (100 kg) and Farid Babayev (over 100 kg).

Nadir Babayev (73 kg) and Ramin Gurbanov (90 kg) ranked third.

The Azerbaijan judo team took the second place in the medal table.
