Azerbaijan maintains third spot in world chess championship

Azerbaijan's national chess team have strengthened their position on the 3rd place in the world championship in Bursa after defeating Greece 3-1 in the 8th round.

The tournaments table is topped by Russia which is followed by the USA.

Azerbaijan will lock horns with the United States in the last round.
