New uniforms of national chess team presented

The Azerbaijani national team received a new set of clothes for the 42nd World Chess Olympiad to be held in Baku on September 1. 

Azerbaijan will be represented by three teams.

The event will take place at one of the beautiful sporting arenas in the country -- National Gymnastics Arena.

A total of 176 countries have been registered to participate in the Olympiad. Around 181 men’s teams and 142 women’s teams will take part in the event.

Eleven rounds of the Olympiad will be held until September 14 at Baku Crystal Hall. The first round will be held on September 2.
