             Azerbaijani taekwondo fighters will vie for medals at the “Luxembourg Open” international tournament to be held in Luxemburg on July 9-10.
WTF G1 Luxembourg Open 2016 is one of the most significant steps on the Olympic way towards Rio 2016.
Azerbaijani men’s squad, led by head coach Reza Mehmandoust and senior coach Elnur Amanov will include Majid Sofiyev (54 kg), Mikay?l Aliyev (58 kg), Mahammad Mammadov (63 kqg, Sina Bahrami, Aykhan Tag?zade (both are 68 kg), Said Guliyev (74 kg), Milad Beigi Harchagani (80 kg), Ramin Azizov, Payam Gobadi Ogaz (both are 87 kg) and Radik ?sayev (87kg).
Azerbaijan`s women squad will include only Farida Azizova (67kg).
The team will be led by head coach Sabuhi Zulfugarov and the vice president of Azerbaijani Taekwondo Federation Niyameddin Pashayev.
Azerbaijani fighters will return home on July 12.
Farid Azizova will have an 10-day training camp in Belgrade with Milika Mandich.
