Azerbaijan to host European Trampoline Championships in 2018

Azerbaijan will host the European Trampoline Championships in 2018 as decided by the Executive Committee of the European Union of Gymnastics.

European Games, which our country successfully hosted, trampoline gymnastics

was part of the program, and an Azerbaijani athlete ranked third in the event.

Trampoline gymnastics is a relatively new sport in Azerbaijan. Despite coming just two years ago, it has been quite a remarkable success for the country. At the first European Games trampoline gymnastics was part of the program, and an Azerbaijani athlete won a bronze medal in the event.

On 19-21 February, Azerbaijan will host Artistic Gymnastics World Challenge Cup. On 5-6, March the country will play host to Trampoline World Cup.
