Winter Cup jumping tournament due in Baku

The Winter Cup CSI2* International Jumping Tournament will be held in Baku on January 15.

The tournament to be organized by Azerbaijan's Equestrian Federation will take place at the Border Equestrian Center in Novkhani village of Baku.

During the three-day tournament participants from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Iran and other countries will take part. About 20 equestrians and 40 horses will participate at the event.

The judges from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Bulgaria, Russia and Iran will watch closely the tournament.

The fund prize of the competition is 45,500 manats.

The competitions start at 12:00. The tickets are free for the fans.
