Baku to host Azerbaijan, Baku Championships and Regions' Cup

The 21st Azerbaijan’s and Baku Championship on rhythmic gymnastics, as well as the first ever Regions' Cup will be held in Baku on December 11-12.

The venue of the event, which will start at 9:00 is the National Gymnastics Arena, which is located on the address Heydar Aliyev Avenue, 108.

This year the competition will bring together record number of participants as 122 gymnasts will show their best performances.

The country’s regions will compete for the title of the best, the press service of the Gymnastics Federation said.

Competitions will be held among those born in 2002-2006; athletes will show exercises with ribbon, clubs, ball, hoop, and without any. Competitors have prepared an interesting program of performances. Moreover, gymnastics fans will enjoy demonstration shows prepared by the elder gymnasts.
