Although it was expected that Keylor Navas would arrive in Madrid this Thursday, the wait for the Costa Rican keeper will need to go on for a few more days.
In principle, everything has been arranged for Navas to arrive at Madrid's Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport on Thursday 31st at 11:05, on a flight from San José, Costa Rica's capital. At the last minute, however, the shotstopper swapped his ticket for one that will bring him in during the early hours of Monday morning.
This is the second time that Kayler Navas has had to delay his arrival at Madrid, since his signing has yet to be made official by the Madrid side. Now, with Diego López's departure from Real Madrid imminent, the signing of the still-Levante keeper could become official in the coming hours and he'll finally be able to be presented to the Santiago Bernabéu - something that the Costa Rican has been keenly waiting for ever since his transfer was confirmed but still waiting to be officially announced.
