Russian FC wins football tournament in Baku

Russian FC Rubin won the International U-13 Soccer Tournament dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Azerbaijani International Bank organized here.

FC Rubin Kazan and Swedish football club Brommapojkarna have faced in the final match. The full time had ended in a 3-3 draw and Russian Rubin beat its competitor after a penalty shootout 9-8.

FC Karpaty Lviv had defeated Bulgarian Slavia 4-0 and won the 3rd place of the tournament. Azerbaijani Inter FC lost to the Dinamo Tbilisi and finished sixth.
